Description     Hiring Full Time, Part time, and PRN
A home care Physical Therapy Assistant to implement our industry leading Rehabilitation Specialty Disease Management programs to home health patients in the home environment.
Requirements

  • Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the respective state.
  • One year clinical experience strongly preferred.
  • CPR certification
  • Personal transportation, drivers license and automobile insurance coverage.
