Director, Health & Wellness Services
This position is responsible for the direction of the Health and Wellness Services Department and for overseeing the health care and health education of students. The person in this position will manage and lead clinical staff, be responsible for strategic planning, ensure the overall quality of services provided, collaborate with supervising physician, develop and review clinical protocols, and provide personnel and administrative oversight and leadership for the Department. Requires an Advanced Practice Nurse certified to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or certification as a Physician Assistant plus an MSN. Experience in a college health setting and prior management/supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to work collaboratively in a diverse community and across disciplines. Excellent communication and computer skills.
