Position DescriptionProvides patient services operating X-Ray imaging equipment. Maintains patient records, calls patient reports to referring physician or members of the medical staff. Develops film, prepares room and equipment for patient¿s examination, maintains emergency equipment, supplies and contrast agents. Checks images ensuring the highest quality and maintain computer record.
Education and Experience
Graduate of American College of Radiology approved school of Radiologic Technology.
Certified by
A.R.R.T. (RT), within one year of hire. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Certification (CPR).
Knowledge of radiographic exposure. Good working patient positioning skills and/or experience desired. Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills and experience desired.
