Position DescriptionProvides patient services operating in the MRI imaging modality. Maintains patient records, calls patient reports to referring physician or members of the medical staff. Performs MRI exams and processes image data, prepares room and equipment for patient¿s examination, maintains emergency equipment, supplies and contrast agents. Able to perform IV insertion for administration of IV Contrast exams. Checks patient exams to ensure the highest quality and maintains computer record. Demonstrates competency on Radiology Information System for image transfer, archiving exams and patient charges.
