Director - Respiratory

The Director of Respiratory will manage and oversee all activities of the Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Function, Neuriphysiology, EKG and Sleep Disorders departments. Direct reports into the position include a Clinical Manager and oversight for about 65 clinical staff. The primary objective in this role will be to ensure the efficient and effective daily work flow in the delivery of quality patient exams and care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory or related discipline. Master's Degree strongly preferred of willing to complete.
- Must possess current certifications, license and registration for the State of Michigan and current registry by the NBRC.
- A minimum of five (5) years of current clinical experience in Respiratory Therapy with progressive management and leadership experience required.
- Demonstrated talent in problem solving; planning and setting priorities, and addressing complex issues for to achieve department expectations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and knowledge in finance, business operations and quality outcomes.
