Kaplan College-Modesto, in Salida, CA is now accepting applications for a Clinical Director of Education and full-time and part-time respiratory instructors. Selected candidates will provide the support, guidance and leadership necessary to cultivate the student's success. The Clinical Director will oversee all clinical functions of the program while providing critical support to the Program Director. The instructor position are responsible for classroom/laboratory and/or clinical instruction as assigned. Accepted candidates will participate in student instruction/advisement, committee participation, program marketing, and other student-development extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- California RCP licensure (or eligible via reciprocity)
- RRT Credential
- Clinical Director: Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred
- Instructors: Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum of four years clinical experience of which two years must be in the critical care environment.
- Documented experience as an educator or having provided verbal presentations before a class or convocation.
- Additional RPFT, NPS, HBO, AE-C and/or sleep credentialing/background is a definite plus.
