Cardiopulmonary Supervisor
In addition to standard Respiratory Therapist responsibilities, required skills include the ability to perform pulmonary function tests (PFT's), EKG's, as well as some quality reporting and process improvement. Our Respiratory Supervisor must possess analytical skills to define process improvement goals, accurately
measure performance, determine path for improvement, measure outcomes and report progress. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills as scheduling & staffing is an essential task.
Qualifications include CRT certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care, graduate of an accredited respiratory care program, BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications, and 3 years experience in a hospital setting.
