Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, with Level 3 NICU, PICU and regional Neo/Peds ECMO center, nationally known for our expertise with critical health conditions is currently seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists to be members of the Children's Transport team. Must be a graduate from an accredited school of respiratory therapy and be currently licensed in applicable state. Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred. Current BLS, NRP, and PALs required. Three years of neonatal and/or pediatric intensive care clinical experience within the last five years. Experience in Neonatal and/or Pediatric transport preferred. Complies with Life Flight Network flight crew member weight restrictions. The Children's Hospital, not a new hospital but a new home, now under construction,is a state-of-the-art, nine-story, 300,000 square-foot tower, every inch of which is designed exclusively for the special health care needs of children from infants to teenagers, with comprehensive pediatric services. This magnificent new freestanding facility will match the world-class care provided by The Children's Hospital's physicians, nurses and other caregivers and will provide a safe, comfortable, and healing place for sick or injured children and their families.
