A member of the home health team who under plan of treatment established by the physician and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Agency, is responsible for the deliverance of speech therapy to the patient.
Requirements Current Florida Speech Therapist license. At least 1 yr experience in Speech Therapy. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills.
