Director of Invasive Cardiovascular Services

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Administrative, operational and clinical functions of the following departments: Cath Lab, EP Lab, Admit Recovery Unit, Heart Failure Resource Center and CVOR. Serves as part of the CV management team focused on promoting the mission, vision and values of PHC and the Fuqua Heart Center, embracing a person centered philosophy while promoting cardiovascular services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced degree or certification in a cardiac-related field, with a current Georgia license as required by profession; working knowledge of the health care industry, with five years of clinical cardiovascular experience and five years management experience in an interventional cardiovascular program and/or open heart program. Visionary leader who identifies opportunities for improved customer value and building collegial relationships to achieve value-driven outcomes. Leadership qualities consistent with creativity, innovation, collaboration and critical thinking; ability to coach, mentor and empower staff to do their work. Computer literate. Ability to perform under stressful and changing circumstances and deadlines. Ability to delegate responsibilities and ensure they are rendered effectively.
