Complete Description
Responsibilities: Providing medical care to patients under the direction of a supervising physician. Examines, evaluates, and treats patients with medical conditions, illness or injuries. Advises patients on the maintenance of good health.
Requirements: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing and certified as a nurse practitioner by an accredited certifying body OR a graduate from a nationally certified Physician's Assistant Program with current licensure as a Physician's Assistant in the State of Georgia.. Two years related experience. Requires knowledge of research process and the ability to apply it to every day practices. (Transplant experience needed - travel is required for satellite clinics in Savannah, Albany, Dalton and Macon for at least twice a month).
