This position is located in Jasper North Georgia Mountains 60 miles from Atlanta.
REGISTERED NURSES - LABOR & DELIVERY
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Piedmont Mountainside Hospital offers the latest in diagnostic testing and equipment for expectant mothers and high risk pregnancies.
We are a 42-bed, acute-care hospital in Jasper, Georgia, with over 450 employees and 200 physicians, ranked number two in patient satisfaction among metro Atlanta hospitals according to the HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) survey released in March 2009

Required Job Qualifications include:
* Current licensure as an RN.
* Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association and NRP certification is also required. ACLS is Preferred
* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
* Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
* Minimum 2 years previous experience as a RN in Labor & Delivery.
* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.
